They did not include rice with my order for Sa Cha Shrimp! This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this with them! They do not give a satisfactory remedy and are rude when calling about the error

Was surprised the sweet and sour chicken didn’t have any tomatoes or pineapple. Asked for spicier curry chicken and it was extremely mild.
